Worship Dance
Worship dance is our main focus and we offer six levels to accommodate each age and skill set. It is a lyrical style of dance that incorporates traditional ballet with other interpretive styles of movement.
Hip-Hop
While generally associated with hip-hop music and culture, is just a more upbeat and popular style of dance. By staying away from suggestive or aggressive movements, we incorporate a worshipful focus in this class. 8+
Contemporary
...draws on modern dance techniques as well as newer philosophy of movement, specifically departing from classical dance techniques by altogether omitting structured form and movement. The mode of dancing remains moreover the jazz structure but is altogether abstract. 9+
Ballet Technique
Is a class that focuses on building up the dance abilities of our students. We focus on flexibility, proper arm and body placement, and advanced steps. We take the time to nurture the performance side of worship dance. Pink, Coral, Aqua
Interpretive
Can be compared to a type of pantomime. This class teaches how to use dance movements to tell a story. 7+
